Registration, Tuition and Other Fees
Registration:Please note class enrollment is limited and on a first come, first serve basis.The following must be completed before a student can participate in class.
A completed registration and waiver form.
A non-refundable registration fee of $25.00 per student.
First months Tuition.
Tuition Rates: The current season’s tuition rates are available below.Tuition is due on the first of every month and is considered late on the sixth of the month.
Showcase Fees:A $35.00 performance fee per student or $45.00 performance fee per family will be due for each student performing in the year end showcase.Along with a performance fee will be a costume fee ranging from $65-$75 per costume.Tickets are an additional cost.
Discounts:Families of 1 or more children taking class will receive $5.00 off each additional child's monthly tuition. Those who wish to pay by the semester will receive a 5% discount and 10% for those who wish to pay for the entire year (discounts for pro-rated months do not apply).
Outstanding Balances:Students whose account balances are delinquent will not be able to attend dance classes.
Tuition Policies
·Tuition is due on the 1st of every month; regardless of Holidays, Vacations, Absences,Studio Closures and/or Illness.
·Tuition is late on the 6th of every month.Tuition received on the 6th or later will incur a $10.00 late fee.
·Tuition will not be pro-rated due to Holidays, Vacations, Absences, Studio Closures and/or Illness.
·Statements are only emailed/mailed if your account is delinquent.
·Tuition is non-refundable and not transferable.
·Make-up classes are available only if the child is ill or if there’s a family emergency.
·If you choose to withdrawal from the studio a 30 day written notice must be received or you are responsible for that tuition.
·Checks, Visa, Mastercard and Cash accepted.Checks payable to M.A. Dance Project.
